Your Lux Guest Bedroom Suite
Our guest bedroom suite is located in a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment and comes fully furnished, complete with a detached private bathroom. There's no need to purchase any furniture.
The private guest bedroom suite (165 sq ft) is equipped with a queen bed featuring a top-grade Simmons mattress and a Tempur-Pedic top layer. Additionally, it includes a duvet, plush comforter, and pillows to ensure your utmost comfort after a long day of work, study, or leisure.
The floor and walls have been soundproofed as much as possible to ensure a quiet and comfortable environment. A 55-inch 4K QLED TV, complete with Atmos, Dolby, Alexa, and Google Assistant features, offers numerous free TV programs along with Roku and a Bose audio bar for an enhanced entertainment and viewing experience.
If you own a gaming console such as a PlayStation or Xbox, you can easily connect it via HDMI for an immersive 4K gaming experience.

You can also access our fully equipped kitchen, which offers ample cabinet space, a refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. Feel free to use our pots and pans for cooking for your health needs, as well as dishes and utensils for dining. Everything you need is right here.

House Rules
To maintain a pleasant and clean living environment, smoking and pets are not permitted in the unit, and drug use and loud music are strictly prohibited. This is also shoes off unit to keep our carpet clean. You are welcome to bring your friends in to the apartment. However, no free overnight guests are allowed: there will be additional $50 fee for each additional person staying overnight. Please ask the owner/co-living partner before inviting any guests to the unit.
Must maintain cleanliness in the guest bedroom at all times. Unused water and power must be off. Additionally, a section of the refrigerator/freezer will be allotted for your usage. Must purchase your own perishable and consumable items, such as toiletries and food, with the exception of filtered water and ice from the refrigerator dispenser. The washer and dryer facilities are available for your use for free up to three times a week (after that $10 per cycle), from 10am to 8pm.
We no longer permit bringing in items from the public storage room, as some of these items may be contaminated with bugs.
For your maximum productivity, you may also conduct business meetings in our living room to meet your success needs. There's no need to stay confined to your room. Also, please make sure to ask for the rules as, being an apartment, the common area build regulations must be respected. When you move in, the owner/co-living partner will provide you with the necessary details.
The apartment temperature is regulated between 70°F - 79°F to ensure your comfort. If you wish to adjust the temperature setting, please ask the owner/co-living partner.
Please note that repeated violations of the above rules by the renter may result in termination of the lease or rent and subject to immediate expulsion from the unit without any refund.
Prices
$3750/30 days (30-day minimum tax and all utilities
included, month (30 days) to month term. We also offer a weekly rate of $1260 per 7 nights (great for
people who want to stay short term for business or leisure).
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and Stripe/Paypal (transaction fees added).
Lease (over 30 days) or guest stay agreement (a week or longer) will be provided.
Parking and Mails
Street parking only (Preferential Overnight Parking Permit will be provided during your stay.): Plenty of overnight street parking around the buildings.
If you are staying here for more than 30 days, you will be given a mail key, so you can open our mail box at your convenience. If less than 30 days, whenever we open the mails, we will bring yours to you.
